You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
